From the first moment we stepped out of our vehicles to the end of our purchase, our time at Freedom RV of Marana was a great experience! Joseph met us and showed us the type of RV we were interested in. Brek, a great guy, was our salesman who took excellent care of us throughout the entire process. He answered every question we had. He worked hard and I can't say enough good things about Brek. Then Elka from service contacted us and informed us that the techs were going thru the trailer to double check that everything was working properly. Her tech that gave us the walk-through, I apologize I can't remember his name, was also very pleasant and explained everything. At last, James in financing was great just like the rest of this great team. Because of circumstances they delivered ours and picked up our trade in. Dilan, the delivery driver was a great young man! Everyone we worked with, Brek, Elka, the tech, James, and Dilan, were incredible and we would recommend seeing them for your RV needs. they made the whole process an enjoyable experience which isn't always the case. This dealership is also great about communicating with the customer all along the process which we really appreciated.

Dear Keith,
We just wanted to share an experiance with you regarding our RoadSentry Road Hazard Tire and Wheel Protection. We purchased a 2006 Dutch Star at your facility in May of 2006. You gave us all the information regarding the extended warranty and the road hazard tire and wheel protection. We were hesitant about the road hazard warranty, but after talking with you, decided that we did need it. Well, in June of 2009 is sure paid for itself. Upon arriving in Michigan from Arizona, we noticed that the front passenger tire steel belt broke which caused a huge flat spot and the drivers side front tire had a big chunk of rubber missing. We called RoadSentry and they gave us a claim number and we had to call around for pricing. We found a company who came out and replaced both front tires with the same Michelin tires that were on the coach. We forwarded all of the necessary paperwork to RoadSentry and within a month we had a check for the full amount. No Questions, No hassles! They also pay for emergency travel expense as long as you are 250 miles from your residence. We highly recommend the Road Hazard Tire and Wheel Protection to anyone purchasing a recreational vehicle.

Last month, while en route to Alpine, AZ, for a hunting trip, I experienced a tire blowout and complications which caused some potentially serious problems. My situation was particularly difficult because of my current plans. I was fortunate to have good cooperation from my insurance company and locating someone to do field repairs, but i feel especially fortunate to have had truly exceptional help from your service writer, Jennifer Emery-Sykora. She had been very professional in handling my repairs, coordinating with the insurance adjuster and efficiently and, I should stress, patiently, responding to my frequent calls to check on the progress. Her efforts, along with those of your service technicians, resulted in my having the trailer back in roadworthy condition two days sooner than expected. In my opinion, Mrs. Emery-Sykora is a great asset to your organization and has made my difficult predicament a pleasure, and I wanted you to know this.

Dear Sir,
Please allow me to express my gratitude on behalf of myself and my family for the great service provided by your sales and service staff during our purchase of our horse trailer-in particular Mario Strevay. Prior to our final purchase, we paid several visits to your lot. During each visit, your staff took the time we needed to answer all of our questions. We were allowed to walk through several RV's even though we were there to buy a horse trailer. This was a big thrill for my daughters as well as my wife and even myself. In the end, Mario came in on his day off to finalize the purchase. The trailer is perfect for us and we have already made several trips. The price was reasonable. All of the Freedom RV staff that we dealt with were very courteous and professional. The horse trailer was thoroughly checked out and made ready to drive off of the lot including switching out the existing 6-way connector for a 7-way connector to accommodate our truck.Even though we purchased a $4,300 used horse trailer, we felt we were treated the same as if we purchased a $400,000 new motor home. Thank you again for the great service of Mario and the rest of Freedom RV staff both during the purchasing process and after the sale. We will definitely visit Freedom RV first for our next RV purchase and recommend Freedom RV to our friends.

While going from CA to FL we spent the night at a campground in Tucson. When we had everything ready to leave the park, our sllide-out would not retract all the way and about 3" of it stuck out. Since our unit was a new Forest River, my ipad showed your firm as an authorized dealer and we headed your way. When we arrived, we found your service department booked solid. Your manager, Brad White, said he would look at the problem but he couldn't get us in until the following day. When he saw that it was a snapped bolt he said he could fix it in a few minutes. He did and we were on our way. Please thank Brad for his outstanding service. We are not from your area, but if we were you would be the only dealer we would buy from. Thanks again to Brad White for going above and beyond to get us back on the road!

I wanted to let everyone know that I used Freedom RV on Monday to have a new roof top A/C installed in our Alfa Gold. I was very pleased with the excellent service I received. I felt I was charged very fairly considering some prices I have heard others have paid for a new roof air on a Alfa motorhome. It was 93 degree's here yesterday in Tucson and we have used it all day and never turned on the basement air and it was 72 degree's inside all day. We are very happy with our new A/C and Freedom RV and their fair and excellent service.
