Devin - I stopped by your office before I left the other day but unfortunately, you were not in. I wanted to personally let you know how impressed I was with Brad and his expert assistance in handling some warranty issues on our Newmar New Aire motorhome.

We recently attended the Wyoming Newmar Rally and so many people commented on your great service department (including Casey Tubman, Newmar's President) that I drove from Utah to have the items addressed at your facility. Without mentioning any names, I had another facility just 2 hours from my home try to repair the items and although they incredibly claimed to have fixed the items, they did not. I decided not to waste any more of my time having them re-do what they claimed to have done. Based on my experience - it's all about the quality of management that makes the difference.

Brad was not only a pleasure to deal with, but his follow up with me before I arrived from the time I first contacted him and thereafter while the work progressed was excellent and Jose, who did the bulk of the work, was great.
