I had wanted to thank Brad White for his help back in November when he had a quick look at our noisy water pump as we were passing through Tucson on our way to the Baja, but I lost his card. He took a look at the problem and reassured us that it shouldn't give us any trouble while we are away from reliable repair facilities. He also took the time the next day to look for my lost clip-on sun glasses that I thought I had lost in the parking lot. In my years with 8 new cars, 3 new VW campers, i new class C and several used vehicles i can say that Stephanie Palomarez is the best service advisor i have worked with. You have great people. Our new RV made the trip home to TN with just 2 problems. Still no heat in the bathroom and the drivers side of the daah came loose. Our local Thor service center is scheduled to fix these on the 13th.

Dear Devin,
This is a letter of appreciation for the help and assistance we received from your personnel during March 2009. The work on both of our motorhomes was professionally accomplished, but more importantly the customer service attitude of everyone was outstanding.
At the risk of leaving someone out, we would specifically like to thank Rick Malott, Darrell Sexton and Brad White for their efforts and attention to detail. Likewise, Julie in parts, now as she has been in the past, was extremely cooperative and helpful. RV technicians John, Darrel, Jason and Aaron were all resourceful, talented individuals who take pride in the quality of their workmanship.
