It was 93 degree's here yesterday in Tucson and we have used it all day and never turned on the basement air and it was 72 degree's inside all day. Mr. Fernandez went above and beyond our expectations when he delivered the RV to our residence in Scottsdale. He was also able to answer any and all of our questions to any time. The icing on the cake was when he mailed a toy that our son had left in the RV we traded in, since we had forgotten it.
Mr. Hausmann in finance has also been outstanding. He was extremely helpful with providing us information regarding additional warranties.

On March 2nd we were traveling with a caravan of 20 motorhomes from Benson, AZ to Puerto Penasco, Mexico when our alarm went off indicating a problem with our air system. We took the exit off of I-10 and happened upon Freedom RV.
The air leak was immediately apparent to us and to your service man (Brad White) who met us in the parking lot. We told him we were very concerned about having to leave the caravan and trying to find our way through to Mexico on our own. He assured us that they could get us repaired and back on the road.
Within 1-1/2 hours we were on our way! We are writing to say thank you! We have been to many service departments across the country and never had such good service as we encountered that day. We truly appreciate your fitting us into your schedule as quickly as you did. Please pass on our thanks and appreciation to the appropriate people.
We were able to catch up to our caravan before they reached the Mexican border! Everyone was amazed at the service we received at Freedom RV!

Through some miscommunications it appeared the deal was dead. However, you were able to get to the bottom of things and respond quickly, getting everything back on track. Without your help the sale would have never happened. You really stepped in and took charge even though you were at a disadvantage coming in part way through the negotiations.

Prior to our final purchase, we paid several visits to your lot. During each visit, your staff took the time we needed to answer all of our questions. We were allowed to walk through several RV's even though we were there to buy a horse trailer. This was a big thrill for my daughters as well as my wife and even myself.
In the end, Mario came in on his day off to finalize the purchase. The trailer is perfect for us and we have already made several trips. The price was reasonable. All of the Freedom RV staff that we dealt with were very courteous and professional. The horse trailer was thoroughly checked out and made ready to drive off of the lot including switching out the existing 6-way connector for a 7-way connector to accommodate our truck.Even though we purchased a $4,300 used horse trailer, we felt we were treated the same as if we purchased a $400,000 new motor home.
Thank you again for the great service of Mario and the rest of Freedom RV staff both during the purchasing process and after the sale. We will definitely visit Freedom RV first for our next RV purchase and recommend Freedom RV to our friends.

We just wanted to share an experiance with you regarding our RoadSentry Road Hazard Tire and Wheel Protection. We purchased a 2006 Dutch Star at your facility in May of 2006. You gave us all the information regarding the extended warranty and the road hazard tire and wheel protection. We were hesitant about the road hazard warranty, but after talking with you, decided that we did need it.
Well, in June of 2009 is sure paid for itself. Upon arriving in Michigan from Arizona, we noticed that the front passenger tire steel belt broke which caused a huge flat spot and the drivers side front tire had a big chunk of rubber missing. We called RoadSentry and they gave us a claim number and we had to call around for pricing. We found a company who came out and replaced both front tires with the same Michelin tires that were on the coach. We forwarded all of the necessary paperwork to RoadSentry and within a month we had a check for the full amount. No Questions, No hassles! They also pay for emergency travel expense as long as you are 250 miles from your residence.
We highly recommend the Road Hazard Tire and Wheel Protection to anyone purchasing a recreational vehicle.

Since September 2009 we have tried to move TrailManor to repair our than brand new Elkmont 24 travel trailer. It had so many major and minor issues that we were thinking about returning it to the manufacturer.
However we found Freedom RV by chance and learned that you were indeed an authorized dealer and repair facility for TrailManor trailers. I contacted Brad White and in early October 2009 we delivered our trailer to your facility for warranty repair. Unfortunately TrailManor would not authorize the needed repairs, but ordered a makeshift repair, that than were performed. We were still not able to use the trailer during the cool winter months here in AZ (this due to the hap hazard installation of the furnace and TrailManor's rejection of correct installation as suggested by Brad White).
I finally went to the furnace manufacturer Suburban and RVIA, and they than got in touch with TrailManor and we were finally on the right track to have the warranty work performed under threats of exposure in the media. By July the list of issues had grown really long. Some were minor issues and some were major issues, code violations etc.
On July 7 2010 we brought the trailer to your facility, and Brad White promised me that he would take care of everything, since TrailManor by now had "thrown in the towel" and accepted responsibility for their, politely spoken, very shoddy workmanship.
On August 3, 2010 we very informed that the trailer was ready. We went there and the person Mr. White had assigned this job, I believe his name is DAN, walked us thru the rather long list of repairs and showed us what and how it has been corrected. The trailer now appears as it should have when we purchased it September 21, 2009 from a dealer in Texas, Texas RV Center Inc. The reason we went there was that at that time they were the only ones within a reasonable distance that had one of these Elmont 24 trailers in stock, We now know better than to trust people over the phone.
In closing, we received outstanding service from Mr. White, as he kept communicating with us thru this whole ordeal, both before and during the repairs. I only met Mr. DAN when we came to pick up the trailer after completion of the work, and I must say that his work was impressive. The wiring, both 120V ac and the 12V had been done professionally and the rest had been done to a high standard as well.
It appears that the staff I have dealt with at Freedom RV have all done a good job, but Mr. White and DAN stands out. Keep these people on the staff they are truly an asset to your organization.

I see a lot of different RV sales being advertised and look at your web site. I thought I would write and tell you I purchased a Damon Tuscany from you in November 2009. The floor plan is a 4051. We have crossed the country several times and are very pleased with this coach and have really enjoyed it. I think the quality that was put into the coach by Damon is competitive to much higher priced motorhomes . They are always there to help solve any issues that arise with one phone call. My wife and I also attended the Freightliner school in Gaffney,SC and found it very helpful. The Freightliner handles very well on the road and under many different road conditions.

i am writing to commend Newt Campbell for his professionalism and assistance he provided my wife Sandra and me during our recent upgrade from Precision Temp to an Oasis system.
Newt is not only Knowledgeable and professional, he clearly had the customer's needs in mind when working with us. He knows the Oasis system and what was required to make it work properly and was able to teach me the proper way to operate and maintain the system.
In addition, both of us had several questions about how the coach worked which had not been adequately explained to us when we took delivery of the coach at another dealership. Perhaps these items had been explained to us when we took delivery, but we weren't knowledgeable enough to grasp what we were being told. Newt took the time to go over several questions we had accumulated. He was able to explain things on our level such that i think we now understand how many of the systems work and are to be maintained. He did all of this without "talking down" to us...which was a pleasant experience!
Sandra and I have agreed that if we ever decide to trade in our current Newmar we will most certainly contact Freedom to help us with the "upgrade".

We would like to recommend Freedom RV of Tucson, AZ to those of you who want efficient, quality and no nonsense service. We have been serious RVers since 1995 and on two separate instances have come away from Freedom RV pleased with the customer service for both repair work and the smooth transition on a trade and purchase of a "new to us" class A motorhome.
Two years ago we has one of those "mysterious RV failures" which eluded the repair shop in Phoenix. Freedom RV was recommended to us. Without a scheduled appointment we were asked when we could come in. They would do their best to take a look at our problem. The lot was small but seemed to be bustling with RV repairs and busy workers. Needless to say within a very fair amount of time a thorough technician managed to find and fix our problem.
April, 2012, we attended the Good Sam Rally at the Phoenix International Raceway. We had not attended a rally in a long while but thoroughly enjoyed the festivities, entertainment and the vendor displays. One of our favorite things to do at a rally is view the coaches and since we were still pleased with our 2006 purchase, our looking was merely for "oohing and ahhhing". On the last day of the Rally, a polite, no pressure salesman offered to show us a RV.....the rest is history.
So if you are a serious traveler whose RV need repair or just feel like browsing the lot for a purchase, we highly suggest Freedom RV in Tucson, AZ. If you can do without barbecues, hotdogs and balloons, take our advice.

work done on my 96 Dodge you loaded with the Lance camper we bought. I
think your expertise saved our lives. I was driving on an 8 mile
stretch of road called "the straight stretch". I fell asleep at the
wheel, swerved into the other lane and almost had a head on collision.
Chuck yelled and I woke up in just enough time to jerk the wheel to my
lane. That truck was rocking back and forth. I tried not to go off the
pavement. It took me a quarter mile about to stop the swaying and to
come to a complete stop. It was a very close call. The air shocks held up. Arron did an excellent tie down of the camper.
Your attention to detail, I believe, is what made potential disaster not happen. Chuck drove home. The rig was one solid unit. We made it
home, scared, but ok. Brad & your boys, I want to thank you for your
safety minded work performance.

I just wanted to shout out a huge THANK YOU to Brad White and Devin Murphy for their amazing customer service. I realized Friday afternoon that my living quarters had a propane leak. I called Freedom RV to see what I needed to do about it. Not only did Devin and Brad take care of the problem but Brad also stayed after work till 6:30 on a Friday evening to make sure that my family and I were safe from any gas leaks and warm for the weekend. I can't thank you guys enough for your commitment to excellent service! Not only was the repair made but it was done with a smile on a late night and in the cold!

The Southern Arizona Mustang Club would like to thank you for your support of our 'Fords on Fourth Car Show'. This year's event was possibly the best show yet. Over two hundred cars were displayed on the street. it is estimated that at least 6000 Spectators came to spend the day seeing the cars and enjoying the warm Arizona sun.

I would like to express my sincere appreciation to you, Mr. John Cohn and the rest of your team in helping make the United Service Organization's Lt Dan Band Show on 29 March 2013 a TOTAL SUCCESS! The show was enjoyed by over 2,500 people, including active duty member, DoD civilian employees, family members and gold-star families from each military branch. The three Freedom RV's Gary and the band used were absolutely superb. It was truly a fantastic day due in no small part to your efforts!
