I brought my trailer in for some warranty work a while back and it took a very long time to complete the discrepancies because of the manufacturer sending damaged parts twice. There is a RV repair facility in Tucson that is more than deserving of a salute and praise. In these dubious and testy times of probably getting "stiffed" from someone, it is simply refreshing to speak of a repair shop that appears to succeed on customer satisfaction and referrals from others. Brad is the Service Advisor for Freedom RV and his phone number is 520-750-1100. It is also interesting to note that their name is "Freedom". I believe that the name "Freedom" is so appropriate. They could have easily overcharged for my slide-out problem and they were honest and fast.
