Hello,
Just a note to thank all your tech crew for the outstanding mechanical
work done on my 96 Dodge you loaded with the Lance camper we bought. I
think your expertise saved our lives. I was driving on an 8 mile
stretch of road called "the straight stretch". I fell asleep at the
wheel, swerved into the other lane and almost had a head on collision.
Chuck yelled and I woke up in just enough time to jerk the wheel to my
lane. That truck was rocking back and forth. I tried not to go off the
pavement. It took me a quarter mile about to stop the swaying and to
come to a complete stop. It was a very close call. The air shocks held up. Arron did an excellent tie down of the camper.
Your attention to detail, I believe, is what made potential disaster not happen. Chuck drove home. The rig was one solid unit. We made it
home, scared, but ok. Brad & your boys, I want to thank you for your
safety minded work performance.

Dear Brad,
i am writing to commend Newt Campbell for his professionalism and assistance he provided my wife Sandra and me during our recent upgrade from Precision Temp to an Oasis system.
Newt is not only Knowledgeable and professional, he clearly had the customer's needs in mind when working with us. He knows the Oasis system and what was required to make it work properly and was able to teach me the proper way to operate and maintain the system.
In addition, both of us had several questions about how the coach worked which had not been adequately explained to us when we took delivery of the coach at another dealership. Perhaps these items had been explained to us when we took delivery, but we weren't knowledgeable enough to grasp what we were being told. Newt took the time to go over several questions we had accumulated. He was able to explain things on our level such that i think we now understand how many of the systems work and are to be maintained. He did all of this without "talking down" to us...which was a pleasant experience!
Sandra and I have agreed that if we ever decide to trade in our current Newmar we will most certainly contact Freedom to help us with the "upgrade".
In summary, Newt was a "true find" for us to work with.
