The last week of Feb. 2009 Barney & I came into your shop with a flat tire on the motorhome we were driving. It was just around closing time and although your company didn't do that kind of work,Brad White and your employees made sure we got looked after. I think it was Woody that took us to the near by tire shop and got us a new tire and waited until it was put on the rim. We then went back to your shop and Daniel replaced the wheel. I just wanted to send you a thank you note pertaining to one of your employees, Jennifer Sykora. I have been dealing with her on my trailer for near 7 weeks.
I brought my trailer in for some warranty work a while back and it took a very long time to complete the discrepancies because of the manufacturer sending damaged parts twice. During this entire time Jennifer kept me posted and updated with status. I am a very patient individual but probably would not have been if it was not for her.
I really, really appreciate her efforts and professional attitude and just wanted to put you on notice of it. Her behavior and customer service techniques are exactly what brings people back to your business. Every time I walked into your establishment I was greeted and treated well.
