There is a RV repair facility in Tucson that is more than deserving of a salute and praise. In these dubious and testy times of probably getting "stiffed" from someone, it is simply refreshing to speak of a repair shop that appears to succeed on customer satisfaction and referrals from others. Brad is the Service Advisor for Freedom RV and his phone number is 520-750-1100. It is also interesting to note that their name is "Freedom". I believe that the name "Freedom" is so appropriate. They could have easily overcharged for my slide-out problem and they were honest and fast.

As you are aware, our exterior finish claim far exceeded the covered warranty limits of the policy we took at the time we purchased our 5th wheel trailer from Freedom RV.

Once it was evident that we needed some "extra assistance" to make things right, we reached a quick equitable agreement, thanks to your involvement in the issue.

While going from CA to FL we spent the night at a campground in Tucson. When we had everything ready to leave the park, our sllide-out would not retract all the way and about 3" of it stuck out. Since our unit was a new Forest River, my ipad showed your firm as an authorized dealer and we headed your way. When we arrived, we found your service department booked solid. Your manager, Brad White, said he would look at the problem but he couldn't get us in until the following day. When he saw that it was a snapped bolt he said he could fix it in a few minutes. He did and we were on our way. Please thank Brad for his outstanding service. We are not from your area, but if we were you would be the only dealer we would buy from.
