Myla and I have been home in Costa Rica for a week now and are just about back to tranquillo mode. We wanted to thank you again for everything you helped us with on our new coach. Dear Mr. Murphy and Mr. Gerzeny,
We want to commend employees of your companies for working together to solve a long standing problem we have had with a leak around the back slide of our 2005 Coach House motorhome.
Brad White and the parts crew at Freedom RV workded with Armando and Tom Peacock of Coach House to identify a solution, order parts, ship parts and complete the alteration of the canopy over the back slide that appears the have solved the problem. We just returned from a month's travel to the Pacific Northwest where we gave it a pretty good test. These individuals worked well together to solve our problem. They did what was necessary to get the job done well and timely.
Please extend out thanks to these individuals in your organizations.
