Dear Mr. Murphy and Mr. Gerzeny,
We want to commend employees of your companies for working together to solve a long standing problem we have had with a leak around the back slide of our 2005 Coach House motorhome.
Brad White and the parts crew at Freedom RV workded with Armando and Tom Peacock of Coach House to identify a solution, order parts, ship parts and complete the alteration of the canopy over the back slide that appears the have solved the problem. We just returned from a month's travel to the Pacific Northwest where we gave it a pretty good test. These individuals worked well together to solve our problem. They did what was necessary to get the job done well and timely.

The show was enjoyed by over 2,500 people, including active duty member, DoD civilian employees, family members and gold-star families from each military branch. The three Freedom RV's Gary and the band used were absolutely superb. It was truly a fantastic day due in no small part to your efforts!

Whenever we have had travel trailer problems, we have always been able to turn to your company for repairs.
One person that stands out is your service manager Brad White. Always time to listen to the problems and always finding a solution for the real bad ones.
